Tracie Jolliff
Tracie Jolliff is Head of Inclusive Leadership & System Development at NHSEI. She strategically leads the inclusion portfolio of work for Leadership and Life-long Learning as well as being a member of the EDI function for the NHS People Directorate. She has led the development and implementation of Building Leadership For Inclusion workstream (BLFI), as suit of strategic interventions for the NHS that seek to raise the level of ambition on inclusion, quicken the pace of change and ensure that leadership is equipped to achieve and leave a sustainable legacy on inclusion
Best known for her inspiration and insight in relation to progressing social justice and inclusion across systems; Tracie facilitates the design and development of effective and ethical leadership strategies, which have at their heart justice, inclusion and sustainability. She’s an experienced executive coach and has spoken and lectured on leadership and inclusion nationally, working with government representatives and other bodies to address these themes across the public sector. She is a contributing author and visiting professor, seeing herself as a positive disrupter of the status quo and a global citizen.
Tracie works with the City Leadership Programme, which invests in the lives of talented young people from challenging backgrounds, helping them to realise their full potential. She believes that she must ‘preach what she practices’ and courageously holds herself and others to account for the values they espouse; playing her part in supporting and nurturing the development of effective, creative, insightful and connected leadership across the NHS system and beyond.
