
Jonathan Maloney
Jonathan has over 27 years’ NHS experience in senior leadership roles with a comprehensive track record of delivery. Jonathan has managed a broad portfolio of services with skills and expertise in programme management, waiting list management, performance turnaround, cost improvement programme design & delivery, contracting and resource optimisation.
Jonathan currently leads NECS' digital innovations programme, most notably working with NHS England and the Department of Health and Social Care over the last 3 years building and implementing the national Capacity Tracker application which recently underpinned some of the scientific and policy decisions across adult social care throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. In parallel, Jonathan also leads the international programme implementing the Capacity Tracker solution in Australia.
Under his leadership, Jonathan's team works with clients around the country to understand their information challenges and builds web-based solutions which improve efficiency, governance and communication.
Previously Jonathan has led complex, high profile national programmes including the RTT waiting list diagnostic and validation programmes involving delivery of multiple programmes and projects around the country with supply chain partners, supporting providers and commissioners to implement sustainable, cost effective solutions.
