Dedicated to making healthcare better, Distie leads teams that create strategies and campaigns to challenge the status quo and work with Cerner’s clients to advance industry thinking and the delivery of various models of care. Distie’s expertise lies in forming and leading new teams, managing large transition projects, finding creative solutions to complex problems, and mentoring individuals for growth in order for them to realise their full potential.

Prior to her appointment as general manager of Cerner in the UK, Distie was the senior executive responsible for the corporate affairs, client reference and optimisation, marketing and communications, and sales support organisations across Cerner’s current and emerging markets outside the U.S.

With a passion for women’s roles in business, Distie serves as a mentor for emerging female leaders. She is also a trustee for the Cerner Charitable Foundation
