Claudia Trick
Claudia is an experienced health care educator of 30 years, with experience in acute, social care and FE. She led the Vocational Education at the Royal Devon & Exeter for 17 years, supporting the development of the unregistered workforce from band 2 to RNDA, with a particular interest in the band 4 AP and NA roles.
For the last year she has been NA education project lead for an HEE project based at University Hospitals Plymouth. Evaluating the NA role and developing an education strategy to develop the NA at pace within the demands of the organisation.
As an employer representative she has been part of apprenticeship trailblazers for HCAS, SHCA and AP standards with SfH and HEE, as well as piloting the Care Certificate in Devon and Cornwall. She has represented the RDE developing level 5 AP diploma and MCQs for EPA with City and Guilds.
