The Primary Care feature zone will highlight key learning from efforts to deliver effective care and improve the health and wellbeing of the UK population. Delivered in partnership with Roche Diabetes Care, content will cover innovative risk stratification solutions as part of population health management in action, as well as case studies highlighting personalised digital solutions for those living with diabetes. We will also explore the role of PCNs and GP federations, building on the insights of the NHS Confederation’s PCN Network.

The In Conversation with Feature Zone is a part of NHS Confed Conference that’s not to be missed. Supported by our partners the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI), we will bring you thought-provoking discussions and unique perspectives from across health and care and beyond. Victoria Macdonald, the health and social care editor at Channel 4 News, will host stimulating panel discussions on topics such as including diversity in clinical trials, learning from approaches to tackling health inequalities, and working towards a greener NHS, along with a wide range of one-to-one conversations with leading health and care experts.
