Our ambition as system leaders is to create equitable, integrated services that deliver improved patient outcomes and experience. Traditionally, the NHS has had a top down leadership style, often based on a heroic leadership model. Will this deliver our ambition?
We will be presenting voices from the new frontline that will challenge the validity of our traditional leadership model and assumptions. Profiling emerging voices, we will begin to understand the perspective of the primary care frontline, grassroots communities and patients. Together they will set out a vision for a leadership framework and perspective that will challenge us all.
