This session will discuss the context of strategic reward and the NHS Pension Scheme as a key part of the offer. Organisations put a lot of time and money into the scheme, and with ongoing workforce supply and retention pressures, find out how you can engage with your staff and the scheme to meet the needs of your organisation. The session will explore the value of the scheme and the tax considerations for members of the scheme.
