The way in which we measure and reward outcomes influences the potential for impact. Leaders from different sectors of the NHS and public health will discuss whether the current system of incentives, measures and targets is fit for purpose in a post-pandemic world, and will explore how to tackle the health inequalities that are widely accepted to have led to so many deaths during COVID-19.
