Digital skills and the mental health workforce

15 Jun 2021
C - Breakout stage 5
Digital

As the use of digital technology to provide services becomes more prominent within the NHS and the mental health sector, we know that staff need to feel confident in delivering care digitally and assured that digital support is of high quality.

The Mental Health Network has worked with mHabitat, a co-design, digital inclusion and innovation team hosted by Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, to develop a new resource to provide service leads and their teams with the tools to support the mental health workforce to upskill digitally.

Join us for an interactive workshop hosted by the Digital and Mental Health Forum to explore the topic of digital skills and the mental health workforce, and how we can realise the vision of a digitally confident and competent workforce using digital as a catalyst to increase choice and enable better care. Our speakers are all from the reference group who shaped this resource.

This session forms part of the Digital theme that is supported by NHS Digital.
