A DATE FOR YOUR DIARY

The NHS Confed Conference has been a fixture in the diary of senior health care leaders for more than 20 years. Due to the pandemic and current pressures on the health and care system, this year’s event will now take place virtually, but will have the same high-quality content and conversations as you have come to expect from Confed Conference. We do hope you will join us.

WHAT YOU WILL GET FROM ATTENDING

Speakers at Conference

A wealth of content

During the three-day event, more than 140 sessions will take place focusing on five main themes:

  • people
  • digital
  • quality and clinical improvement
  • health inequalities
  • system integration and collaboration partnership.

All will have integral subthemes including mental health, workforce, population health, sustainability, patient voice and more, woven into conversations and spotlighted throughout the event. Sessions will also be curated by our colleagues from NHS England and NHS Improvement.

Network with your peers

The event may be online, but networking will still be a large part of NHS Confed Conference. Over the course of the three days, we will welcome leaders from across health and care to share learnings, experiences and insights on the pandemic and explore how we pave the way forward:

  • NHS trusts
  • Integrated care systems
  • Primary care networks
  • Clinical commissioning groups
  • Local government
  • Health and wellbeing boards
  • National bodies
  • International audiences
  • Commercial partners

High profile speakers

NHS Confed Conference will welcome high-profile speakers from across the globe, with the aim to inspire, engage and provide space to reflect. The event will also welcome different perspectives and voices in panel discussions and in our ‘In conversation’ sessions.

Members' area

Exclusive content will be available to members of the NHS Confederation as we issue an ‘access all areas’ pass. Sessions will be generated on topics that you have told us matter most.

On demand

Hosting the conference virtually will allow delegates to have access to more content than ever before and, with the content available on demand, delegates can catch up on missed sessions after the event. With an extensive programme, delegates will find the ‘wishlist’ feature an added benefit this year. Creating a personalised agenda online will allow you to plan your time effectively and revisit sessions after the event has passed.

Explore opportunities

NHS Confed Conference will still offer all the engaging opportunities that you would find at an event you would attend in person. Over 60 exhibitors will be on hand to discuss your needs and offer solutions and products to help you meet the challenges you face in your day-to-day work and will happily guide you through the latest innovations and advances in health and care.
